William Lee brings substantial training and background to his representation of aggrieved workers. Mr. Lee handles employment discrimination cases, workers’ compensation claims and labor negotiations and disputes in both state and federal court, as well as in front of administrative panels. He also handles general litigation and estate planning matters for his clients.
Mr. Lee graduated from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he earned his Certificate in Labor and Employment Law through the Institute for Law and the Workplace while being mentored by Federal Service Impasse Panel member, Martin Malin. He presently serves on the Board of Directors for Open Sesame Children’s Learning Center and serves as the Public Guardian and Public Administrator of Whiteside County, Illinois.
